At DigitalPilot Studio, we offer digital products, including Excel templates, software applications, printable templates, and business bundles.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and receive digital products that work as described.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Our products are delivered electronically. Once payment is completed, customers are provided with access to their purchased digital files.
No physical products are shipped.
3. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to distance purchases.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost once delivery begins, provided that the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, and received the legally required confirmation.
Where these conditions have not been met, applicable withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
4. Refunds for Technical Problems
If a purchased digital product is defective, cannot be downloaded, or does not function as described, please contact us.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide technical assistance, a corrected file, or another remedy.
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Change of Mind
Where the legal right of withdrawal has been validly lost following the start of digital delivery, we generally do not offer refunds solely because a customer changes their mind.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
